  • 8 Tbs. butter, melted
  • 2 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
  • 6 eggs whites
  • 2 Tbs. all-purpose flour
  • 2 C. feta cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Set your oven to 350 degrees F. Saute onion, garlic and 2 Tbs. butter in pan over medium heat. In a large bowl, mix spinach, eggs, flour, feta and remaining butter. Add onions and garlic. Mix well. Pour on 13-by-9-inch baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes.
