  • 1 sheet of crescent pastry dough (8 oz. package)
  • 6 eggs
  • 12 slices of bacon
  • 6 tablespoons of chive and onion cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 handfuls of sprouts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut the pastry sheet into 6 squares. In a greased muffin tin, place one pastry square in each muffin slot (slightly stretch out the corners to fit the cup shape if necessary).
Take two pieces of bacon and line inside of each pasty cup. Inside the circle of bacon, scoop a tablespoon of cream cheese and crack one egg on top; repeat for the rest.
Sprinkle all six with a dash of salt and pepper and bake for about 20 minutes until the pastry puff edges are golden and the egg is set.
Garnish with sprouts and serve!
