  • 1 C. cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 C. crumbled goat cheese
  • 1 large avocado, sliced
