  • 1 cup of carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup of red cabbage, shredded
  • ¾ cup of Napa cabbage, shredded
  • 1 large red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup of fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • black sesame seeds
  • salt and pepper, to taste
