  • 12 slices bacon
  • 4 pieces spicy fried chicken
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 ½ cups whole milk

Beat the egg whites and preheat the waffle iron. Sift together the sugar, salt and baking powder. Stir in the milk, melted butter, and egg yolks gradually. Fold in the egg whites. Pour the batter in the waffle iron and cook. Cook the bacon for 10 minutes, turning the meat occasionally. Drain the bacon on paper towels. Place a piece of fried chicken and 4 slices of bacon on 3 of the waffles and top with the remaining waffles.
