  • 2 pkg. white cake mix
  • 2 small pkg. raspberry gelatin
  • 20 oz. frozen sweetened raspberries, thawed and undrained
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 C. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 C. hot water
  • Frosting:
  • 12 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 10 oz. frozen sweetened raspberries, thawed and undrained

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large bowl, combine cake mix and gelatin. Add raspberries, eggs, oil and water. Beat well. Pour in two sprayed 9-by-13-inch cake pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. For frosting, fold whipped topping into raspberries. Spread frosting over top of one cake. Then place other cake on top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Feel free to sprinkle with powdered sugar.
