Fruit "Candy"

This is certainly a healthier snack than most candy.

  • 1-1/4 C. Ground Nuts
  • 3/4 C. Sunflower Seed Meal
  • 1/2 C. Seedless Raisins, chopped
  • 1/2 C. Pitted Dates, chopped
  • 1/4 C. Orange Juice
  • 1 Egg White, slightly beaten

Mix ingredients very well, blending to a paste. Add Honey if extra sweetening is desired. Add wheat germ if not firm enough. Chill. Roll into balls in Coconut or sesame seeds.
