  • 1 small jar cherries
  • 1 small can pineapple, diced or chunks
  • 2 pkg. sugar-free pudding, vanilla, dry
  • 1 small can fruit cocktail, or small can of diced peaches, drained
  • 1 medium size Cool Whip
  • Chopped nuts, if desired

Drain fruit. Mix dry pudding in cool whip. Add fruit. Cool. You can use nuts, or any fruit, fresh or canned. Try this recipe over a bought sponge cake. Cut the cake in half cross ways and put half of mixture over the bottom half, then save the rest. Put in fridge overnight.
