  • 1 lb. puff pastry dough
  • 1 lb. beef, cooked, ground or shredded
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup of sesame seeds
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Roll the dough out into a rectangle (~12”x4”) on a floured surface. Cut into 6 strips at least 2” wide (~2”x4”). Set aside.
To make the stuffing, combine the beef, garlic, cheese, salt and pepper together in a bowl. Take a strip of dough and scoop the mixture onto one side of the strip. Fold over the other side of the dough and pinch the side shut. Repeat for the rest.
Brush the top of each roll with olive oil and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm!
