  • 10 Lamb Chops
  • ¾ cup of fresh lime juice
  • 8 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 3 teaspoon of cilantro
  • 2 teaspoon of cumin
  • 2 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 2 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of lime zest
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

First, place the lamb chops in a large container with lime juice, garlic, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, paprika, lime zest, salt, and pepper. Cover and let marinate over night. Once the pork chops have marinated, prepare a grill to medium-high heat and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Once the pork chops are removed from heat, wrap in aluminum foil and let set for 5 minutes. Serve immediately and enjoy!
