  • 1 head of broccoli, washed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ¼ a cup of garlic seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, divided
  • 1/2 a teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 a teaspoon of coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup of Parmesan Cheese

First, preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
Next, place the broccoli into a casserole dish.
Add garlic, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper and mix it in with the broccoli. Make sure to mix everything well so the seasonings get in all parts of the broccoli.
Then, bake the broccoli in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
Finally, take the broccoli out of the oven and add lemon juice, parmesan cheese, and 1-tablespoon olive oil and mix well. Then serve immediately.
