  • 2 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1 lb. scallop
  • 1 lb. extra-large shrimp
  • 3/4 cup peas
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes
  • 4 cups cooked linguine

Preheat the grill to high. Blend the zest and marinade together and toss with seafood. Grill the seafood until lightly charcoaled. Cook the remaining ingredients. Once cooked, place together onto a plate over already cooked linguine.
