Brown sugar and garlic pork chops combine the sweetness of the sugar with the savory flavor of garlic in a quick and easy main dish. For those who do not enjoy pork, it is easy to replace the meat with chicken breasts or thighs. This delicious entrée will quickly work its way into your family's weekly menu but you can easily multiply the ingredients to provide a meal for a larger group.
