  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 1 ½ cups pumpkin puree
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon cloves
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 3/4 cups flour

To begin, preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray the donut pan with cooking spray. Mix the pumpkin, oil, eggs, and sugar with a mixer. Then add in the spices, salt, and baking powder. Slowly add in the flour and mix until it is incorporated. Spoon about 3 tablespoons of batter into each donut mold in the pan and bake for 15 minutes. Let the donuts cool slightly and then dunk into glaze while the donuts are still warm.
