Greek-Style Spread

For that extra something, try substituting Greek Kalamata olives for the ripe olives in this recipe.


  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 C. chopped tomato
  • 1/4 C. chopped pitted ripe olives
  • 1/4 C. finely chopped cucumber
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed


Spread cream cheese on plate. Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over cream cheese. Serve with assorted crackers or toasted pita bread wedges.
