  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus
  • 1 fresh lemon
  • 2 Tbs. butter

Cut the fibrous ends of the apsaragus stalks off (which is about two inches up)
Lay them out on a flat pieces of aluminum foil with the ends and sides folded up to create a square plate shape
Cut the butter into small squares and place at random over the asparagus
Cut the lemon into thin slices and lay them over top of the asparagus
Cover the top of the entire package with more foil and roll the ends together, sealing it
Place on the grill on medium heat
Cook for approximately twenty minutes
To crisp, remove the stalks at twenty minutes and place on open grill for two minutes before plating
