  • Grilled Chicken
  • 4 4 oz. boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1/2 C. dry white wine
  • Broccoli Alfredo Sauce:
  • 1 large broccoli
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce (pick your favorite kind)
  • 1/2 C. pine nuts (optional)

Combine all chicken ingredients and let chicken marinate at least one hour. When preparing dish, grill chicken. Cook favorite pasta (angel hair, farfalle, linguine, etc.) according to package directions, drain. Cut broccoli into bite sized pieces and cook until bright green. Heat Alfredo sauce until almost bubbling drain and add cooked broccoli to sauce, add pine nuts and heat thoroughly. Mix in large bowl, pasta, and sauce. Mix well, making sure that the broccoli is covered. Then take the grilled chicken, cut it into bite sized pieces and add to the sauce. Mix well, sprinkle with favorite grated cheese. Serve with garlic bread.
