  • 4 boneless and skinless salmon filets
  • 1 pound of trimmed asparagus
  • ΒΌ cup of sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
  • salt and pepper

In a small dish, whisk together sesame oil, sesame seeds, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into a large Ziploc bag and combine with the salmon filets and asparagus. Let sit for about 10 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Pack the coated salmon and asparagus into greased foil sheets. Cook the foil packs for about 7 minutes on each side.
Serve with fresh spring produce straight off the grill. Enjoy!
