  • 2 peaches, sliced
  • 2 pears, sliced
  • 4 medium tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup of bleu cheese crumbles
  • 3 cups of chopped lettuce
  • 1 cup of grapes
  • ΒΌ cup of raspberry vinaigrette

Directions

Preheat your grill to medium heat.
Evenly distribute peach, pear and tomatoes on the grill and cook about 2 minutes on each side until slightly caramelized, but not soggy. Let cool.
Toss the lettuce in a large bowl with the raspberry vinaigrette.
Put the dressed lettuce down on the bottom of each serving dish, then layer with grilled fruit slices. Serve topped with grapes and bleu cheese crumbles!
