Add some zesty Mexican flavor to your burgers by topping then with guacamole!

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 C. crushed taco shells
  • 1/3 C. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 sm. tomato, peeled, seeded, and chopped
  • 1 C. guacamole
  • 5 hamburger buns, split, toasted, and buttered

Mix together ground beef, crushed taco shells, milk, and onion salt.  Shape into 5 patties.  Grill over hot coals 4 to 5 minutes on each side.  Stir tomato into guacamole.  Top each burger with guacamole and serve on buns.
