  • ½ cup Fresh Orange Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Extra-virgin Olive Oil, divided
  • 1 Tbsp Habanero Pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 tsp Finely Chopped Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Finely Chopped Cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • Shrimp
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Finely Chopped Garlic
  • 8 Jumbo Shrimp, peeled and deveined

Start with the sauce.
Combine orange juice, olive oil, chile pepper, garlic, cilantro, mustard, salt, and pepper together in a pan on low heat.
Combine olive oil and garlic with the shrimp and fry in a skillet on medium heat for 5 minutes.
