The combination of chicken, cheese, tomatoes and broccoli makes this casserole a Christmas classic. You'll enjoy it even more the next day...if you have any leftovers, that is.

Serving Size / Yield

8-10 servings


  • 16 oz penne pasta, cooked & drained
  • 2 cups frozen broccoli, thawed
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 cups cooked chicken sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cups milk
  • ΒΌ cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, toss the pasta, chicken, tomatoes, and broccoli together.

In a small bowl, mix the milk, cream, 2 tbsp of the melted butter, and 1 cup of the parmesan cheese.

Pour mixture over pasta in large bowl and mix all ingredients, thoroughly together.  Transfer to a 2.5 quart  casserole dish and cover with remaining cheese. 


Bake for 25-30 minutes just until the topping is golden brown.
