Herbed Chicken Burgers

For something different on the grill, try these chicken burgers with zucchini.

  • 1 lb. ground chicken
  • 1/4 C. zucchini, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbs. fresh French Tarragon leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, peeled and chopped finely
  • 2 Tbs. sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

Mix together all ingredients until well-combined. Form into six patties. Cook on a barbeque grill for 5 to 7 minutes on one side. Turn over with a pancake turner and cook on the second side for an additional 5 minutes, until browned. Serve on buns with your favorite condiments.

Makes 6 patties.
