Serving Size / Yield

2 cups


  • 2 C. of shelled, roasted peanuts
  • 1 Tbs. of vegetable oil
  • Salt (optional)

Add the roasted peanuts (and salt, or any other additions you'd like) into a food processor
Blend for about a minute while drizzling oil until the mixture is smooth
Add more oil if you are looking for a creamier mixture and blend for less time if you like a chunky texture
Place the mixture in the air tight container and store in the fridge for about 2 weeks
