For the ice cream:
In a large saucepan, heat the cream, milk, sugar, and salt until the sugar dissolves. Then, stir in the vanilla extract and transfer the mixture to a covered container. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until completely cool. Finally, add the chilled milk mixture into an ice cream maker and churn as according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Keep frozen and store in an airtight container.

For the waffle cones:
To begin, preheat the waffle-cone maker according to the manufacturer's instructions. In a small bowl, sift together the flour and salt then set aside. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until well combined then slowly stir into the flour mixture. Next, stir in the melted butter and milk and stir until a batter forms. Spoon about ¼ cup of batter evenly into the waffle cone maker. Close the lid and cook for 2 minutes, or until golden brown. While still hot, remove the waffle and shape it around the cone roller until completely set. Serve with the vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
