  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 C. honey
  • 3 Tbs. mustard

Mix honey and mustard well with a wire whisk. Pour over chops. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Serve with a salad and rolls.

  • I agree with the other review in that 1 and 1/2 hours is way too long....I cooked for 1 hour and 10 min. and that was also too long, chops came dry. The flavor, however, was very good. I think next time I make them cooking them for 1 hour only is fine.

  • cook foe1 hour and partway through cook 10 more, check to make sure done.

  • I made these the other night and they were very tasty. I checked them at about 1hr and they looked done. I decided to turn them over and then cook them for the next 1/2 hr. That may have kept them from getting dry. Super easy and super good.

  • I made these tonight and they were terrible. I think cooking for 1 1/2 hours way to long. The chops were so dry. May try them again and cook a shorter time.
