  • 2 T. bourbon
  • ¾ C. cocoa powder
  • 1½ C. brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 T. unsalted butter
  • ½ C. all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • Whip cream
  • Colorful sprinkles
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 T. caramel, melted

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl mix the butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract,and salt. Once combined, mix in cocoa powder and flour. In a lightly greased baking dish place the brownie batter and then pour the melted caramel and season it with sea salt. Spoon the rest of the brownie batter over the top. Bake for 30 minutes.Remove from oven and when ready to serve put a spoonful of whip cream on top; garnish with colorful sprinkles.
