Italian Summer Drink

My dad would make it by hand and now with blenders it takes only minutes. The taste is very refreshing and not too sweet. It looks beautiful with a leaf of mint. This can be made as an Italian water, ice or in a slush mix.

In a blender jar add all ingredients except the mint leaf. Run the blender on liquify until it looks like it's a frozen water ice consistency. Or if more of a slushy mix, add a bit more water to mix. Pour in a beautiful tall glassĀ and place the mint on top with a straw or spoon.
