  • 1/2 lb Shrimp, Cooked
  • 1/2 lb Sausage
  • 1 Medium Onion, chopped
  • 1 Medium Green Pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 Can Diced Tomatoes
  • 3 cans Chicken Broth
  • 1 Clove Minced Garlic
  • ΒΌ Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/3 Cup Parsley
  • 1 tsp Tabasco Sauce
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • 4-6 Cups Cooked White Rice

Brown sausage slightly to a light brown, add onion, garlic and green pepper, sauteeing in olive oil. Gradually blend in chicken broth and cook for 5 min. Pour into crockpot, along with diced tomatoes, tabasco, salt and pepper. Cover and cook on medium heat for 6 hours. Add shrimp and parsley and cook an additional 2 hours. Pour into bowl when ready and add cup of cooked white rice to top.
