  • 1 T. thyme
  • 1 T. rosemary
  • 1 T. ginger
  • 1 T. salt
  • 1 1⁄2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 1⁄2 tsp. pepper
  • 3⁄4 tsp. paprika
  • 1⁄3 C. sugar
  • 3 lbs. chicken pieces
  • 1 C. lime juice
  • 1⁄4 C. olive oil
  • 1 T. pineapple juice

Combine all the ingredients except the chicken, lime, and oil into a mixing bowl and mix well. Once it is mixed completely, whisk together the lime juice, pineapple juice, and olive oil. Rub the chicken with the lime and oil mixture. Now place the chicken in the refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours, when it is ready prepare the grill.Cook for about 10 minutes on each side of chicken.
