  • 3 garlic cloves, peeled and mashed
  • 1⁄3 C. olive oil
  • 2 T. coconut oil
  • 4 T. tequila
  • 1 tsp.salt
  • 4 T. lime
  • 1 large white onion
  • 3 bell peppers
