  • ½ C. cornstarch
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ C. vegetable oil
  • ¾ C. sugar
  • ½ C. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 C. ketchup
  • 2 T. soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a small bowl, whisk together sugar, vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce, and garlic. In a separate large bowl, toss chicken with salt, pepper, and cornstarch.
