  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 box rotini pasta
  • 1 onion
  • 2 T. garlic, minced
  • 1 C. grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 C. shredded mozzarella
  • 1 C. ricotta cheese
  • ½ C. sour cream
  • 2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 C. tomato sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a casserole or lasagna dish.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
In a skillet, cook ground beef, tomato sauce, chopped onion and garlic until brown, for about 10 minutes. Once cooked, put in the bottom of the lasagna dish. Top with noodles then top with a mix of all cheeses.
Cook in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted on top.
