  • 1 box of vanilla cake mix
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 C. water
  • 1/3 C. butter
  • 1 box of strawberry gelatin
  • 1 C. strawberries, sliced
  • 2 vanilla pudding cups

Set oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine cake mix with egg whites, water and butter. Mix well. Pour into 2 greased round 9-inch pans. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Let it cool for 30 minutes. In the meantime, prepare jello according to package directions. As soon as gelatin thickens, mix in strawberries. Return jello inside fridge for at least 4 hours. Add pudding on the bottom cake and also place top cake layer on top. Once gelatin is ready, spread jello on cake and serve.
