Simple to make, this elaborating lemon and garlic shrimp will be an excellent choice for dinner. Don't forget to add in lemon halves for a super citrus scent.

  • 1/2 C. olive oil
  • 4 medium cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 C. minced fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/2 C. onions, sliced
  • 1/4 C. lemon juice (save lemon halves)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. cleaned, shelled cooked shrimp

Place large skillet over medium heat. Heat oil in empty skillet. Add garlic and sauté over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly colored. Stir in parsley, onions, lemon juice and salt. Cook for 30 seconds. Toss with cooked shrimp and lemon halves.
