  • 1 C. butter (soft)
  • 3/4 C. light brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • lemon zest
  • 2 C. flour
  • Powdered sugar

Start your cookie cooking by preheat oven to 325 degrees. In large bowl, cream butter and sugar with an electric mixer. Then add lemon juice, zest, and flour and mix on low speed. Flatten tablespoons of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet (Beware that cookies will spread in the oven). Bake 15 to 20 minutes until cookies are golden. When cookies are cooled spindle powdered sugar over.
