What is better than tiramisu? Lemon tiramisu! Using a fruity flavor in place of the usual cocoa, this recipe makes a dessert fitting of seasons that come with more sunshine.

  • 1 package of cream cheese (8 oz.), softened at room temperature
  • 1 container of mascarpone cheese (8 oz.)
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • ¼ cup of condensed milk
  • ¼ cup of sugar
  • 2 cups of lemon syrup, poured in a small shallow dish
  • 45-50 ladyfingers

Gently fold and combine softened cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, lemon juice, whipped cream, condensed milk and sugar together. Set mixture aside.
Dip and soak each ladyfinger in the lemon syrup. Place in the bottom of serving glasses and begin to assemble each tiramisu, alternating between ladyfingers and the cream mixture until each glass is filled.
Top with extra whipped cream or leftover lemon syrup if desired. Enjoy!
