The best part of going to any game for me is eating the loaded nachos. This recipe allows you to get that awesome loaded stadium nacho experience in less than twenty minutes.

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced finely
  • 2 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, sliced
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 pkg. tortilla chips

Brown the ground beef with onion, salt, and pepper in a frying pan over medium heat. Break the beef into small pieces while it's cooking and when it's done, drain the grease. Bake the chips at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Spread the chips on a platter and spread warm refried beans over them. Layer on top of the beans with half of the cheese, ground beef, the rest of the cheese, then the jalapeno pieces. Microwave until the cheese has melted.
