Everyone likes brownies. They can be chewy or cakey, covered in icing, or warm from the oven topped with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy them with an afternoon cup of tea or coffee or any time you need a bit of chocolate. Because they are rich, small ones will do the trick to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Add the last four ingredients to the first group. Combine until a batter forms.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line mini muffin cups with cocoa powder instead of flour. If preparing in advance, allow to sit in the refrigerator at this point for 48 hours or until baking.

Bake at 350 degrees 15 minutes until barely done. A toothpick should come out clean when inserted into the center.
