  • 4 pounds chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • 5 cloves of garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup of dark brown sugar
  • ¼ cup of soy sauce
  • ¼ cup of balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 burger buns
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 head of lettuce, sliced

First, combine the chicken breast, garlic, sugar, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper in a plastic bag. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Once marinated, heat a grill to medium heat and cook the chicken for 10 minutes on each side. To serve, add to the chicken to a burger bun with onion, tomato, lettuce and other condiments of your choosing. If desired, garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
