  • 2 lbs. pork loin, cubed
  • 2 red bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 green bell pepper, sliced
  • ¼ cup steak sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pkg. skewers

Brush steak sauce on steak and sprinkle with salt
Place steak on grill and cook for 8 minutes
