It’s never been this easy to enjoy fruity bread pudding. My favorite part of this recipe is that it makes the treat in mason jars, so each person gets their own individual dessert!

  • 4 C. day old bread cubed
  • 2 1/2 C. milk
  • 3/4 C. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 C. blueberries
  • 8 mason jars

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs, then add milk, sugar, and vanilla. Add bread cubes and set aside for 15 minutes. Add blueberries to the mixture and combine. Spray the inside of the mason jars with nonstick spray and spoon even amounts of the mixture in each. Place the mason jars on a large baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
