  • 8 slices bacon
  • 4-6 potatoes
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 green onions

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Peel the potatoes and cut into wedges or stripes before washing them and putting them in a bowl. Melt the butter and pour over the potatoes with the olive oil. Sprinkle the garlic powder and paprika over the potatoes. Toss the potatoes with the spices and butter. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet in an even layer and bake for 30-40 minutes.
