This is a simple way to add a twist to the standard hotdog that shows up at every cookout! It’s also a great way to slip a few veggies into the kids’ diet.

  • 1 package of ballpark hot dogs
  • 1 package of sesame seed buns
  • 1 cup of corn, cooked
  • 1 cup of tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice

As the hot dogs boil mix together the corn, tomatoes, cilantro and lime juice in a medium-sized bowl. Add the cooked hotdog to a bun then top with two heaping tablespoons of the corn mixture. If desired, serve with other condiments of your choice and enjoy!
