Microwave Onions with Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 large onions (peeled and sliced 1/2inch thick)
  • 1/2 C Low fat sour cream
  • 2 Tbs 2% milk
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Dill weed
  • 1/8 tsp Black pepper

Directions

Arrange onion slices in oiled baking dish, cover with waxed paper and microcook on high for 4 to 5 minutes or until barely tender. Combine sour cream, milk and seasonings. Spoon over onion slices. Microcook at medium (50%) 1 to 2 minutes or until sauce is thoroughly heated.
