  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 C. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 3/4 tsp. Italian seasoning, divided
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1 C. Gruyere cheese, divided
  • 1/2 C. smoked Gouda, divided
  • 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, divided
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can marinated artichoke hearts, quartered, drained, dried, and chopped

Lightly grease a microwave-safe baking dish. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese and sour cream. Stir in the garlic, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper, and paprika. Mix in 3/4 C. Guyere, 1/4 C. smoked Gouda, 8 slices crumbled bacon, and artichoke hearts. Spread the mixture into the greased dish. Cook in the microwave on high for 3 1/2 minutes. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and bacon. Cook for another 1 1/4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
