Mind-Blowing Pudding Cake Recipe

  • Crust:
  • 2 sticks melted margarine
  • 1 1/2 C. of flour
  • 1 to 11/2 C. chopped walnuts
  • Filling:
  • 4 C. cold milk
  • 2 12 oz tubs Cool Whip
  • 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 large instant Vanilla pudding
  • 1 large instant chocolate pudding
  • 2 Tbs. cocoa
  • 1 C. powdered sugar

For Crust: preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients well and pack into a 9x12 baking dish. Bake 12 to 15 at 350 until lightly browned. Cool. For first layer: mix softened cream cheese with powder sugar until creamy. Mix in one 12 oz. tub cool whip and mix thoroughly. Spread evenly over crust. Let cool. For second layer: mix chocolate pudding with 2 C. milk. When starts to thicken, spread evenly over first layer, and let cool. For third layer: mix vanilla pudding with 2 C. milk. Spread evenly over second layer and let cool. For topping: mix 2 Tbs. cocoa into the 12 oz. of cool whip. Don't use mixer on this one. Spread over the top. Put chocolate chips or nuts on top and refrigerate.
