  • 2 (8 oz.) cans crescent rolls
  • ½ stick melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ C. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 (16 oz.) package fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • Basil for garnish

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. From each can, separate dough in half and roll into a ball. Flatten and create four mini pizzas. Mix together melted butter and minced garlic and brush onto crusts. Drizzle about 1 tablespoon of olive oil onto each pizza and top with tomato slices and mozzarella. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until crust is golden. Garnish with fresh basil.
