  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of mint chocolate chips
  • ½ cup of cocoa powder
  • ½ cup of vanilla yogurt or sour cream
  • ½ cup of milk
  • ½ cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of peppermint extract
  • ½ teaspoon of salt

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees as you mix the dry and wet ingredients. First, combine the flour, sugar, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt together.
