  • 1 cup of flour
  • ¾ cup of brown sugar
  • ½ cup of cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 cup of olive oil
  • ½ cup of caramel sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of coarse sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • your favorite chocolate syrup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, cocoa powder and baking powder, then slowly add in eggs, olive oil and vanilla extract as you mix. Lastly, add the caramel sauce and sea salt. Pour everything into a greased pan and bake for about 20-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool, then slice into squares and serve topped with chocolate syrup and any leftover caramel sauce.
